Hello My Name is Florence
These experiences led me on a lifelong search for understanding, healing and transformation. Over the years I explored various healing traditions and discovered the power of shamanic healing, energy healing, ancestral lineage healing, therapies such as aromatherapy, massage and Aromatouch technique. Through my own journey, I learned that it is possible to release old patterns, restore balance, and reconnect to one's own inner strength and wisdom.
Growing up in a large African family, I was exposed from an early age to the realities of emotional, energetic and spiritual challenges that can affect individuals and families across generations.
Today I am passionate about supporting others who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or affected by challenges that are difficult, even challenging to explain.
